Custom & Made-to-Order Items (DTF Transfers & Custom Apparel)

All DTF transfers and custom-made apparel are created specifically for each order. Because of the personalized nature of these items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Custom apparel with names, numbers, or personalized designs
  • DTF transfers (single prints or gang sheets)
  • Digital downloads
  • Special order or made-to-order items

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct spelling, sizes, colors, and design details
  • Uploading high-resolution artwork when required
  • Reviewing their order carefully before submitting

Syleste Essentials & Designs is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 2 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will remake or replace the item at no additional cost.
