Official Notary Fees
Standard Notary Fees
$10 per act (Acknowledgements, oaths, affirmations, and certifying copies/depositions)
$25 per act (Electronic notarizations, including e-docs and e-oaths)
Mobile Notary Fees (Travel + Act)
Travel Fee: $25–$50This fee is separate from the notarization act fee and covers the notary’s time and travel to your location (home, office, hospital, etc.).
Total Cost Varies: Pricing may increase for longer distances or after-hours service.
Example:
A mobile notary may charge a $45 travel fee + $10 act fee, for a total of $55 for one document.
