By placing an order with Syleste Essentials & Designs, you agree to the following terms.

Custom & Personalized Items
All items are made to order. Custom apparel, DTF transfers (including gang sheets), and digital downloads are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the error is determined to be solely on our part.

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing correct spelling, sizes, colors, quantities, and artwork. Please review your order carefully before submitting. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Mockup approval (if provided) constitutes final design authorization.

Artwork & Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork or logos, you confirm that you own the rights or have legal permission to reproduce the design. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-submitted artwork. Customers agree to hold Syleste Essentials & Designs harmless from any related claims.

DTF Transfer Disclaimer
We are not responsible for pressing errors, improper heat settings, fabric incompatibility, incorrect application, or washing damage. Professional application standards must be followed.

Processing & Shipping
Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping time is separate from processing time. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages once marked delivered, weather delays, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or customs/tariff fees.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested using order confirmations, shipment tracking, and communication records.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syleste Essentials & Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.
